Recipients focused on a particular brand want to learn more about it. In addition, such posts show the company as an expert in its field. This is important for the recipient - they know they are paying for knowledge and expertise, which means high quality.
Content should be published regularly. Providing fans with frequent posts shows that someone cares about the profile and the community gathered around it. Of course, the content should be of high quality - texts without spelling errors, correctly written, photos and videos clear. Here comes another topic concerning posts. So is it worthwhile in the long run to rely on controversy? On the one hand, it's almost a guarantee of high reach, but it can turn out to be an image mistake. It's not at all about getting people to simply talk about the company. This will not necessarily help find new customers. Today, it is not just the product that matters, but also what the brand represents and the views of those responsible for the brand.
